I recently completed three interviews for a position at a company, with the last one taking place a week and a half ago. During the final interview, I asked when I could expect to hear back, and the recruiter mentioned they would be in touch. However, I learned that the recruiter was out of town all last week. I sent a follow-up email on Thursday, but I haven't received a response yet. I believe he just returned to work yesterday, so I'm hesitant to send another email. I'm starting to feel anxious about the waiting process and just need some validation on whether this is a normal situation.
