They’ve offered me a spot in their fast track training program, which involves relocating across the country and comes with moving reimbursement. While I'm intrigued by the opportunity, I've come across some negative reviews about the company, which makes me hesitant. There's also a local branch I could apply to, but it wouldn't offer the same training benefits. I’ve lived in the same region my whole life, so a move could be a refreshing change, but I'm worried about stepping out of my comfort zone. On one hand, I’m considering sticking with the local branch for the sake of familiarity and support, but I also wonder if I’m just avoiding a valuable experience. I’ve heard that working at TQL could provide great exposure to the logistics industry, but the high turnover rate of around 90% is concerning.
