Applied for a remote funding support role to improve work-life balance and confidence

I'm currently contemplating leaving my permanent job in the charity sector, where I work in funding support and earn £33.7k. While my colleagues and manager are incredibly nice, my 2-hour commute (three days a week in the office) is draining, and I feel isolated without any friends at work. After 13 months, I've realized that the job has negatively impacted my professional confidence, a sentiment echoed by my therapist. I even had a breakdown earlier this year, which led to me being signed off work for a while. I've been job hunting for about a month and applied to a fully remote 12-month fixed-term contract position that pays £33.1k. Although it offers £600 less annually, I would save on commuting costs and gain back 9 to 12 hours a week. The new role aligns better with my work style, focusing on a specific funder, which would provide more clarity and structure. However, I'm concerned about the temporary nature of the contract and the organization's push towards automating processes, which feels like a red flag. Additionally, I'm planning to move to London in a year to live with my boyfriend, which adds another layer of complexity to my decision. Staying in my current role means I'd likely leave in a year anyway, but the new job could provide valuable experience and connections in London. I'm really torn and would appreciate any advice or insights from others who have faced similar situations.
