I recently experienced a frustrating situation while interviewing for a position. The company I was in contact with rescheduled my interview after I had already confirmed the date. When I spoke to their representative, I found out that the person who was supposed to interview me was not available. They assured me that rescheduling wouldn't be a problem and asked me to follow up with a text. However, the response I received left me feeling uncertain about the whole process. I was already feeling 50/50 about the position, and this just confirmed my gut feeling that it might not be the right fit. It’s disheartening to see such unprofessionalism in the job market, especially when I’ve been putting in the effort to find a good opportunity. I hope to find a role that aligns better with my expectations soon.
