I recently went through multiple interviews for a position at a company that emphasized "professional behavior and appearance at all times" in their job posting. After several rounds of interviews and even completing a personality test to assess my fit for their culture, I was left hanging with no response. It's been two weeks since I sent a follow-up email, and I haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating to think that they had the chance to get to know me as a person and review my work history, yet they can't take 30 seconds to send a simple reply. This experience has really highlighted how unprofessional some companies can be.
