Seeking advice after applying to over 500 law and policy research jobs

I graduated with a BA in International Studies on May 25, 2025, and since then, I've been struggling to find a job in law firms and policy research. Despite having a few internships during college, I've applied to over 500 positions through various platforms like Handshake and LinkedIn, as well as a few recruiting agencies, but I haven't received much feedback after the initial conversations. I've spent a lot of time tailoring my resume and cover letter, and I've tried networking, but it hasn't led to any significant opportunities. Currently, I'm working as an administrative assistant at a clinic just to have a job, but it's not where I want to be. I've only managed to secure about five or six interviews, and most of them ended with me being ghosted or rejected. I'm feeling lost and unsure of what to do next. I can't shake the feeling that I'm doing something wrong in my applications, but I'm not sure what to change. I'm reaching out for advice on how to get noticed and if anyone else has experienced something similar.
