Submitting an appeal for my Michigan unemployment claim after maternity leave challenges

I submitted an appeal for my unemployment claim in Michigan after being forced out of my job following my maternity leave. I returned to work three months postpartum and discovered I was pregnant again, though I didn’t disclose this to my employer. I attempted to provide a doctor’s note requesting health accommodations for my postpartum recovery, but my employer refused to consider it and didn’t offer any guidance or compromise. Remote work, which had been acceptable before my leave, was suddenly off the table. After I quit, they sent me a polished email about disability options, which were irrelevant to my situation, but by that time, I had already documented everything to support my unemployment claim. I've been struggling for months with the UIA, and six weeks ago, I was informed that I missed checking a box on a medical form I submitted. It feels frustratingly simple, yet I still haven't received any updates. I'm wondering what my chances are and if the long wait is a good or bad sign for my appeal.
