Feeling mixed emotions about my new Inside Sales Rep role at a steel company

I just landed a new job as an Inside Sales Rep at a steel company, starting on Monday. I'm set to earn $32 an hour, working from 8 AM to 4 PM with a half-hour lunch break. Honestly, I’m already feeling a sense of dread about it. I know I’m taking this position just to get by financially, as I’ve been job hunting for a while now, going through eight interviews in the past month alone. While I’m grateful to have a job, I can’t shake the feeling of exhaustion from the whole job search process. It’s tough knowing I’ll still need to keep looking for better opportunities, especially since I just received an update from a job I was really excited about, and unfortunately, I wasn’t selected. It’s a bummer, and I feel a bit sick about it all. I know I should focus on the positives, like the potential to learn new skills and meet new people, but right now, it’s hard to see beyond the monotony of this role. I hope I can find a way to make the best of it while still keeping my eyes peeled for something more fulfilling.
