I recently cleared an interview with a company in India and they are processing my job offer. The role requires me to work from the office five days a week, and it’s conveniently located just 22 kilometers from my home. However, I'm contemplating whether I can accept the offer and then not join if I receive better opportunities later on. I have a 90-day notice period at my current job, but I'm hoping that they might let me leave earlier, which would give me enough time to explore other interviews. I'm really looking for advice, especially from those who are familiar with the job market in India, as I'm feeling quite confused about the best course of action.
