I recently had an interesting experience with a job application. Initially, I applied for a position at a tech company and received a straightforward rejection without even getting an interview. A couple of months later, I noticed the same job was open again, so I decided to apply once more. To my surprise, this time I not only got an interview but also received an offer for the position. I'm left wondering what this means. Is it normal to get hired after being rejected previously? Some friends suggested that maybe the company lowered their standards or that I was simply a better fit the second time around. I can't help but think that timing played a huge role in this. It seems like sometimes it's just about having your application land on the right desk at the right moment.
