I recently signed an offer letter for a marketing position at a mid-sized tech company. However, after signing, I've experienced complete silence from the HR department. It's been over a week with no communication about the next steps, start date, or any onboarding information. I'm starting to feel anxious and uncertain about the situation. I’ve sent a couple of follow-up emails, but still no response. I hope everything is okay and I’m just overthinking it.
