Just yesterday, I received another email stating that the team is still finalizing headcount and may need another week. When I inquired about the guarantee of my offer, the response was vague, only mentioning that they are 'optimistic.' Since my old job has already filled my position, I can't go back. I have another interview scheduled for Friday, but I feel conflicted about continuing my job search after signing an offer. Should I keep applying until I have a confirmed start date, or wait one more week to see if things get sorted out?
