About three weeks ago, I had a short interview, which felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. They asked about my availability, my commute (which is only about 20 minutes), and if I had any other commitments, and I confirmed I had none. They mentioned they would reach out within two weeks if I progressed to a follow-up interview. Now that it's been three weeks without any communication, I'm starting to assume it's a no. I'm contemplating whether I should follow up, as I really want to work for this company in the future. They seem to hire fairly often, and I'm unsure if reaching out would reflect poorly on me or if I should just move on.
