Feeling anxious after two interviews for an exciting new role

I recently interviewed for a role that I’m really excited about. A recruiter reached out to me, and after a smooth initial screening, I quickly moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. I received feedback the very next day, which was encouraging, and I was invited to interview with another leader in the department. I felt that interview went well, perhaps even better than the first one, as I was able to articulate my thoughts more clearly. However, the interviewer had their camera off, so it was tough to read their reactions. That interview took place last Tuesday, and since then, I haven’t heard anything back. The waiting is really stressful, especially since the time between my second and third interviews was so short. Each day that passes makes me more anxious, and I can’t help but worry that I won't hear back about the next steps. I’m considering sending a follow-up to the recruiter, but I’m also trying to mentally prepare myself to move on if necessary. Any advice on how to handle this waiting game?
