Navigating a panel interview at Company A amid potential conflicts of interest

I recently received an invitation for a panel interview at Company A for a position I applied for. However, I discovered that one of the interviewers, Jane Doe, is married to the new incoming manager, John Doe, who is coming from Company A. After doing some research on LinkedIn and Facebook, I confirmed that they are indeed married, and I found multiple photos of them together. This makes me uncomfortable, as I worry that John might have insider knowledge about my application and could discuss it with Jane. Given this situation, I'm torn between proceeding with the interview or withdrawing my application altogether. I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this delicate situation.
