I just received an email notifying me about a meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning with my Director and an HR representative. The message was quite generic, mentioning a "Business Update" and an important update on our team. This comes as a shock, especially since I had recently been placed on a coaching plan that I felt I was excelling in for the past five weeks. We were also about to kick off our Business Review Process this week, which makes this even more frustrating. I’m feeling a mix of anxiety and disbelief right now.
