Received unexpected job offer for senior role with potential for negotiation

I recently received a job offer for a senior role after a second interview, which was quite unexpected since I was initially informed that they were still interviewing other candidates and wanted a third round in-person interview along with skill assessments. To my surprise, they came back with a salary offer that exceeds their listed pay range, although it's still about $1/hour less than my current salary. This new position represents a significant career advancement for me, moving from managing a one-person department to being part of a larger team. Additionally, I'll be relocating to a new state, which adds another layer of complexity to the compensation discussion. I haven't disclosed my current salary to the new company, so their offer is entirely based on their assessment. The department director called me with the offer, and the entire process from application to verbal offer took less than a week. Given the speed of their decision-making and their willingness to exceed their own pay range, I feel like there might be room for negotiation. I'm contemplating whether it's reasonable to ask them to match my current salary and inquire about relocation assistance. The cost of living in the new state is higher, so matching my current pay would still represent a real increase for me. I’m curious if their quick hiring process and flexibility indicate that I have some leverage in these negotiations.
