I'm currently transitioning into a career in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) after spending over five years in the construction industry, where I've worked in plumbing, scaffolding, and traffic control. At 25 years old, I'm about to complete my Certificate IV in WHS and have accumulated a variety of construction tickets. Although I'm new to a dedicated WHS role, I have a solid understanding of construction sites and safety protocols. I've been actively searching for jobs on platforms like Seek and Indeed, but I've noticed that even entry-level positions often require prior WHS experience. I'm open to starting at junior rates or under employer-friendly conditions just to get my foot in the door and gain some hands-on experience.
