I applied for a position at a promising company in my state and successfully navigated through three rounds of interviews. Today, I was scheduled to have an interview with the Director of the program, but he didn't show up. I'm feeling frustrated and confused about what to do next. I've already reached out to all my contacts at the company, but I haven't received any response yet. It feels like a slap in the face, especially considering how challenging the job market is right now.
