Coping with redundancy anxiety and stress during job transition

I was informed at the end of June that my position was being made redundant due to AI restructuring. I was given a one-month notice period, which means I still need to work until the end of July. The anxiety and depression from this situation have been overwhelming. My manager has been scheduling knowledge transfer (KT) sessions every day since no one else knows how to do my work, which adds to my stress. I feel like I'm carrying a heavy burden during these sessions, and afterwards, I struggle to focus on job searching. My self-confidence has plummeted, and I find it hard to even manage normal chores at home. I just want to stay in bed and avoid everything.
