Navigating Job Offer Dilemma: Coffee Shop Orientation and Retail Interview Tomorrow

Today I had my orientation for my new job at a coffee shop, which went fairly well. I didn't have an amazing time, but at least I didn't leave feeling upset, so I'm considering that a win. As I was leaving, I received a call from a retail store where I've worked before, offering me an interview. I really enjoyed my previous role there, but had to quit due to medical issues that are now resolved. I'm definitely interested in going back, especially since I believe I would earn a higher pay rate due to my experience. I have an interview with them tomorrow, and I'm hoping to discuss my potential return. My main concern is not wanting to burn bridges with the coffee shop. I feel guilty about the possibility of quitting so soon, as I know that can be frustrating for management. I'm looking for advice on how to handle the situation if I receive an offer from the retail store while still being respectful to my new employer.
