I've submitted applications to several established companies, but I'm starting to feel a bit anxious as I haven't heard back from any of them yet. I'm wondering if this is typical in today's job market. I’ve read that if you don’t hear back within a week, it usually means they’ve moved on to other candidates. It’s been a month now, and I’m beginning to think I might just receive generic rejection emails soon. I’ve seen some people get responses within a couple of weeks, but I guess my experience is quite different.
