I’m worried that since many HR and hiring managers are off, my applications might just get lost in the shuffle and not be seen. I’m also looking for recommendations on job search websites or apps, as I haven’t had much luck with Indeed, LinkedIn, or ZipRecruiter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
