I have an interview tomorrow with a startup that I've been dreaming about for a long time. I'm super excited but also a bit anxious because I really don't want to mess this up. I've prepared thoroughly for the interview, but there's one thing that's confusing me. If I pass the interview and they ask when I can start, I need to tell them that I can join on October 19th due to my current job's notice period of 18 days. I'm worried that they might not want to wait that long and could consider other candidates instead. I'm hoping to get some advice on whether companies typically wait for a strong candidate or if they would just move on to someone else. I'm still getting used to the corporate world!
