I'm 18 and just graduated high school 2 and a half months ago. After sending out around 200 applications, I finally landed my first official interview, but it was a frustrating experience due to poor management. I was rescheduled without any communication, and ultimately, I didn't get the job, which was for minimum wage. I have another interview lined up in a few hours for another minimum wage position, around $16/hr. Finding jobs that fit my schedule and location has been tough, so I know this search could drag on if I don't get this one either. Even though a part-time minimum wage job won't cover much, it's better than nothing and hopefully just temporary.
