Reflecting on my stressful experience at LifeSupplyUSA and its impact on my career

I recently left a stable job to join LifeSupplyUSA, believing it was a great opportunity, but it turned out to be the most stressful job of my career. I was excited about the role and thought I would be in a supportive, professional environment where my experience would be valued. However, from day one, I faced constant micromanagement and overwhelming pressure. I remember feeling anxious about making even the smallest mistakes, and during my first week, the CEO spoke to me in a way that left me in tears. It was humiliating. Afterward, another leader apologized on the CEO's behalf and assured me that I would have a different point of contact moving forward. I hoped things would improve, but the intimidation and disrespect continued. I felt like I was working in a state of constant anxiety, and meetings became something I dreaded. Despite my years of experience, I never felt trusted or appreciated. My employment ended abruptly one Friday night when I received a message that my engagement had ended, with no explanation or notice. My access was removed, and I couldn't reach out to colleagues for clarity. This experience took a toll on my confidence and mental well-being. I wish I had paid more attention to the warning signs earlier. I'm sharing this to help job seekers understand the importance of asking about management style and workplace culture before making a decision.
