Planning My Job Search: Strategies for Presenting My Varied Work History

I’ve been navigating my job search after a few years of working various odd jobs, but I struggled to stay in one position for more than 3-4 months. My experience includes roles in sales, customer service, and retail, but the frequent changes have left me with noticeable gaps in my employment history. I'm seeking advice on how to present my background effectively and land a stable hourly job despite these gaps. I’ve received some helpful suggestions to downplay the gaps in my story and instead highlight my reliability and skills that hourly managers value, such as punctuality, customer interaction, and basic operational tasks. I’m considering applying to positions in grocery stores, warehouses, hotel front desks, call centers, security, and medical reception. I hope to frame my past experiences as seasonal or temporary roles to make my application more appealing. Any additional tips on how to approach interviews or improve my resume would be greatly appreciated!
