Navigating a toxic work environment: My decision to leave a challenging job

I recently experienced a tough situation at my job at a local pizza joint after being laid off from my previous position. I'm 20 years old and graduated high school two years ago. While the job has been mostly steady, the hours have been challenging for a new grad. Recently, one of my bosses has become increasingly hostile towards me and my coworkers, often threatening to cut our wages. Just the other day, I was busy covering phones and registers when I made a simple mistake. I tried to grab a fresh slice of pizza to complete a pick-up order, which I was told was acceptable by everyone else. However, my boss, who was in a bad mood, threatened to deduct my pay for any slices he threw out from the machine, despite what his sister, who is also a boss, had said. This felt particularly unfair since I was working hard while he sat brooding in the dining room. After that incident, I realized I couldn't handle the toxic work environment anymore, so I submitted my two-week notice the very next day. I feel guilty for leaving my coworkers behind because they are great people, but I know I need to prioritize my mental health. Am I being immature for leaving, or is it justified?
