I recently interviewed for an admin role, but unfortunately, I didn't get the position. I received feedback that I came across well, but I struggled to provide enough detail in my answers. I was quite nervous during the interview, which didn't help my performance. The questions they asked were completely different from what I had prepared for. I had focused on the specifics of the job and expected to be quizzed on those, similar to my last interview. Instead, I faced questions about being a team player and handling difficult situations, which caught me off guard. I'm now wondering how I can better anticipate interview questions in the future. My aunt suggested looking at the job description for clues, but I didn't find it particularly helpful this time. Any advice on how to prepare for these types of questions would be greatly appreciated!
