I filed for unemployment in New Jersey several weeks ago and was told to start certifying for benefits the week of July 1st. I was overseas at the time, but I set up remote access to my system to ensure I could complete the certification on time. However, almost a week later, I kept getting a generic error message stating, "Your certification cannot be processed." This issue started on July 1st and continued through July 2nd, right after two back-to-back maintenance updates, so I initially thought it might be related to that. I finally returned home and tried to call the support line for assistance, but when I called shortly after 4:00 PM, I was informed that the call center was already closed, even though their hours stated they were open until 4:30 PM. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I remember seeing others mention similar issues in the past, but I haven't seen any recent discussions about it. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
