I recently went through multiple interviews for a position and was really hopeful about it. However, after the final interview, the company completely ghosted me. It's frustrating to put in so much effort and not even get a courtesy email to let me know the outcome. I wish companies would be more professional and at least inform candidates if they weren't selected. It would help me move on and focus on other job opportunities instead of constantly wondering what went wrong.
