Today, I learned that I was laid off from my part-time job, though I'm not entirely sure if it was a layoff or a firing since I wasn't informed until now, apparently weeks later. I'm currently unemployed and searching for basic labor, factory, or warehouse jobs in my area, but it seems like Amazon labor positions and other retail jobs are scarce. I thought I lived in a decent mid-sized city, but it doesn't feel that way anymore. I'm considering what kinds of jobs might be worth relocating for, as I'm about to turn 30 and feel like I'm starting over in my career. I hold a business management degree with minors in economics and accounting, but I'm not certified in anything like CPA. Unfortunately, I don’t have any savings from my previous job, so I need to find something quickly that can help cover my psychiatrist appointments and bills. I'm feeling overwhelmed and would appreciate any suggestions or advice.
