I have a meeting today with an old manager and the new lead manager at a store where I used to work for about three and a half years. I left last year to attend university in another city, but I reached out recently to see if they had any summer work available. Thankfully, two of my former managers are vouching for me and invited me to meet the new manager, who will decide if I can come back. I'm feeling a mix of confidence and nerves since I have experience there, but I'm unsure what to expect from this meeting. Is it going to be like an interview, or more of a casual catch-up since I’ve worked there before? I didn’t prepare anything in advance, and I’m worried about messing this up because I really need the extra money this summer.
