I’ve been applying to a lot of entry-level jobs lately, as I really need to secure some income to cover my rent and basic needs. I don’t have a degree or any formal training, and I struggle with social skills due to my upbringing. It’s been quite challenging for me, but I’m trying to push through. I’m curious about how applying to more jobs might improve my chances of getting hired. I’ve heard that the chances increase non-linearly, but I’m not sure how that works in practice. Also, I wonder if there’s any possibility that a company that rejected me after an interview might reach out later for another position. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
