I got laid off after just one week in my new job as a Data Analyst at a big tech company, and I'm still in disbelief. Here's a rough timeline of my recruitment process: I applied for the role in mid-April, received an offer at the end of June, and started on July 20th. Just two days later, the entire team except for me was laid off, and by July 27th, I was let go too. I had to relocate to a new city for this position, and it’s incredibly frustrating to think that after going through two months and six interview rounds, they would do this to me so soon.
