Navigating feelings of being out of place in a new job after a layoff

I recently started a new job after being laid off for six months. It’s been a month now, and I took a significant pay cut of $30,000. Most of my colleagues in the same role are younger than me, and even my boss and other senior staff are around my age or younger, which makes me feel a bit out of place. I’m grateful to have a job again, but I can’t shake the feeling of being at the bottom of the ladder. It’s a bit embarrassing, honestly. I’m curious if anyone else has gone through something similar and if you have any advice on how to cope with these feelings.
