I recently applied for a full-time position at a company where I previously worked as a contractor for a couple of years. After submitting my application, I quickly got an interview with a recruiter, and she informed me that she would be passing my details to the hiring manager. I'm excited about this opportunity but also a bit nervous. I still have good relationships with many of my former coworkers, and my brother suggested that I reach out to them for support. However, it’s been a couple of years since we last spoke, and I'm unsure about how to approach them or what to say.
