Applied for a new job after a year of unemployment and frustration

I’ve been unemployed for over a year now, and it’s really taking a toll on me. I’m 28 years old and hold both a B.A. and an M.A., yet I’m struggling to find a job. Despite applying to numerous positions and even reaching out to recruiters, I’ve only landed two interviews this year, both of which ended in rejection. One of those was for an internship, and it’s disheartening to think I can’t even secure an entry-level position. I can’t help but feel like a failure, especially as I watch my peers advance in their careers while I feel stuck. It’s like my 20s are slipping away, and I’m left wondering what’s wrong with me.
