Feeling overwhelmed and unsupported at work after recent personal losses

I'm feeling really low right now and could use some encouragement. This past month has been incredibly tough for me with two deaths in the family and multiple vet visits for my cats. To top it off, I've been out of Ritalin for a month due to my pharmacy running out, which has made everything feel like a perfect storm for my mental health. I had a 1-on-1 with my boss recently, and while I usually keep it professional, I decided to open up about how I was feeling. I told her, "I fucking hate my life right now, I would love some encouragement." Her response was disheartening; she basically brushed it off, saying that my job is the priority and she didn't know what to do about my situation. It felt like she wasn't really listening, and that made me feel even more checked out. The next day, she criticized me harshly for not having a task done on time, despite the fact that I had delegated it to a colleague she asked me to train. I spent a significant amount of time crafting a detailed email explaining the situation, and her response was just "thanks for the context." Now, a week later, there's been no follow-up or acknowledgment from her. I want to look for a new job, but I'm feeling lost. I've transitioned through finance, hospital admin, sales, and account management, and I hold a master's in data analytics. This company was once my dream job, but now I feel stuck with a manager who has been there forever and holds a lot of sway. I'm unsure how to approach her about my career progression or even how to handle the situation. It feels like I'm in a no-win scenario, and I'm just overwhelmed.
