Preparing for interviews and navigating salary negotiations with confidence

I'm preparing for a couple of interviews next week, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about the negotiation process. I've already completed two interviews with one company, and now I'm set to meet with their VP and HR. If all goes well, I expect to discuss salary and benefits. The initial salary posted was significantly higher than my previous earnings, but I'm concerned about the reduced vacation time that comes with it. I've never had to negotiate benefits before, so I'm looking for tips on how to approach this. Ideally, I would prefer more vacation time even if it means a lower salary, but I'm worried that this might make me seem lazy or deter them from making an offer. Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!
