I recently received a job offer, which is exciting, but I'm facing a challenge with the references required. The employer needs references for the past three years, and I was NEET (not in education, employment, or training) for the last year. They specifically don't accept character or personal references, which makes it tricky since I don't have a professional referee from that time.
