Applied for Corporate Financial Analyst Role at Healthcare Organization

I recently applied for a corporate financial analyst position at a large healthcare organization, aiming to transition from my current role as an accounting assistant where I earn $60k. I initially communicated to the recruiter that I was seeking around $78k. After completing a HireVue interview, I was informed that I performed well and was invited to a 90-minute interview with the corporate finance team. However, the recruiter mentioned that the salary for this role is set at $70k and asked if I was flexible, to which I responded affirmatively. Now, I'm wondering if this $70k is a firm figure or if there is room for negotiation if I receive an offer. Is it reasonable to negotiate for a salary in the range of $72k to $75k, or should I take the $70k as the final number?
