I'm feeling overwhelmed right now. I've submitted almost 300 job applications and haven't received any offers yet. It's been mentally exhausting, and I really need to secure a new job in the next couple of months. I've had 15 interviews, including one second-round interview, but nothing has panned out. The interviewer did mention that my resume looks great, which makes me wonder if I'm just not performing well in interviews or if I struggle with communication. I'm even considering switching to a trade career as a backup plan.
