Navigating my new per diem counselor role and seeking advice on career direction

I just started a new per diem position at a counseling center where I previously interned during my degree. It's been three weeks, and I'm gradually getting more clients and responsibilities. Currently, I'm managing three individual clients, but I’m feeling overwhelmed. An intern who helps with group sessions and summary notes is leaving in two weeks, which means I'll take over that work. I had my first session with one of my clients last week, and honestly, I was surprised I made it through the hour. I’m anxious about being able to help them and develop session plans. I worry about running out of things to discuss as the weeks go by. I know I need to adapt to the reality of entering the workforce, but I'm also looking for a full-time job from Tuesday to Saturday since the job market is tough right now. I completed a BA/MA in psychology with a focus on counseling, but I'm not entirely sure if being a full-time counselor is where my passion lies. If anyone has experience in the therapy or mental health field, I’d appreciate any advice or insights.
