I recently had an interview scheduled with a company after applying online, and it was set up by an AI bot. The interview was scheduled for 2 PM MST, but I mistakenly thought it was in my local time zone, EDT, so I was prepared for 4 PM. When I logged in, the hiring manager wasn't there yet, and an employee informed me of my mix-up. I felt embarrassed and like a complete moron for not checking the time zones correctly. After that, I received an email stating that my interview would start in one hour, which added to my anxiety. Now I'm just waiting to see if they will still call me for the interview.
