Applied for an administrative assistant role with a complex hiring process

Today, I applied for an administrative assistant position that raised some serious concerns for me. Right after submitting my application, I was invited to participate in an AI-run interview, which felt a bit unusual. Immediately following that, I received an invite for a group interview. The entire hiring process seems overly complicated for an admin role, consisting of a group interview, one-on-one interviews, and then a more formal second interview on a different day. The job posting was filled with hype, claiming "amazing pay" and that I would be part of something that "literally changes lives." However, the pay range of $18-$22 per hour doesn't seem amazing, especially given the current cost of living. It feels more like they want someone who can juggle multiple tasks at once, as they mentioned needing someone with "10 arms and 8 legs." To me, this indicates that the role might encompass several jobs in one, which could lead to high turnover. I can't help but wonder if I'm overthinking this. Has anyone else encountered a hiring process like this? Is it a red flag, or are they just trying to sell the position hard? I'm also curious about what questions I should ask in the interview to get a clearer picture of the job.
