Navigating job struggles and workplace injustices at 20 years old

I'm 20 years old and really struggling to find a stable job that can support a family. I've seen some pretty unfair situations at work lately, and it's making me question how anyone can build a career these days. My girlfriend works at a coffee shop while going to school, waking up at 4 AM to open the place. Recently, a new coworker made some really inappropriate comments about her background, asking if her dad is in jail and if she deals with gang violence. My girlfriend was shocked and focused on her work, but this new girl, who is friends with the owner, complained that my girlfriend was being rude. Instead of addressing the racist comments, management wrote my girlfriend up for not being friendly and now she’s looking for a new job. Then there's my friend who works in cleaning. She's been taking extra shifts to escape her abusive home life, but a coworker falsely accused her of not working and using her phone. Despite being one of the hardest workers, she got fired last night. As for me, I thought I had found a decent job in janitorial work, but I was let go after a new manager came in and claimed I was doing things wrong that I wasn't even trained for. My coworkers tried to defend me, but it didn't matter. Now, at my new location, I was late once because I was buying a car, and while the manager was understanding, my coworkers were just unhelpful and laughed at me. I even brought them pizza to ease the tension. After a few weeks, I was accused of being aggressive and throwing things around, which was completely untrue. I tried to give constructive feedback during a meeting, but it seems like everything I say is being twisted. I've been sidelined for two weeks now, and I'm working unpaid hours just to keep my head above water. Thankfully, I have some social security disability money to fall back on, but I really don't know how to find a stable job when it feels like every workplace is full of cliques and false accusations. It's frustrating and disheartening to see how difficult it is to get ahead.
