I couldn't get a clear understanding of what the companies actually do, and by the end of each session, I felt like I had just listened to a sales pitch rather than an interview. It was all conducted over Zoom, and I couldn't shake the feeling that these interviews were more about the interviewers filling their time than about genuinely assessing candidates. I left each one feeling confused and frustrated, especially when I was told that any questions I had would be answered in a second interview, which I wasn't even sure I would get.
