Since then, I've cleared the background check, but I've been waiting for over two weeks now for the official offer letter. The delay is due to waiting for the CEO's approval, and I reached out a few days ago for an update. They advised me not to send any more follow-up emails, which makes me feel a bit uneasy. I understand that these processes can take time, but I'm starting to wonder if this is a normal situation or if I should be concerned.
