I recently took on a second job in retail on Sundays to help make ends meet while my partner is in trade school. I have a full-time salaried job, and my field values relevant experience over a long work history, so I'm not overly concerned about any professional repercussions. However, I’m still unsure if I should keep this second job or let it go. I've received some advice suggesting I stick with it through the holiday season, as I might be able to pick up extra hours leading up to Christmas. This makes sense since my partner's future earnings are uncertain, and I want to ensure we have some financial stability. I appreciate the input from others and will likely keep the job for now.
